在役航空器上复合材料的综合检测与评价

         

摘要

According to the service environment,structure and damage types of in-service aircraft composites,four testing methods have been established to adapt the environment.Defect spectrum of typical composites and evaluation standard were set up.The problem of the in-service aircraft composites in-situ detection was well solved and the reliability of flight safety was enhanced.It is proved that the testing effect is well.%针对在役航空器上复合材料构件的服役环境、结构形式与损伤类型,确立了适合外场环境下复合材料检测的四种方法,得到了典型复合材料缺陷图例与评估标准,解决了在役航空器上复合材料构件原位探伤的难题,提高了飞行的安全可靠性.经应用证明,检测效果良好.
