高寒、高蒸发地区面板坝钢筋混凝土面板防裂抗裂技术探讨

         

摘要

Crack prevention, crack-resistance design, and construction experience of two CFRDs with height over 100m each built in high-cold and high evaporation region in Xinjiang are introduced .The face concrete of CFRD of Chanhanwusu Hydropower Station is mixed with polypropylene fibre to prevent cracking .But the concrete face cracks a lot later because of the difficulty of curing due to cli-mate.Based on the experience and lessons from the practice of the CFRD of Chahanwusu Hydropower Station, the face concrete of the CFRD of Liushugou Hydropower Station is mixed with Rosay vegetable fibre and steel fibre to increase its crack resistance.This prac-tice demonstrates that in the construction of Liushugou Hydropower Station, under the same construction and curing conditions as those in construction of Chahanwusu Hydropower Station, the concrete with steel fibre obviously improves the initial cracking strength and breaking resistance of the concrete at the special compressive and tensile positions and the concrete with the Rosay fibre improves highly the crack resistance as well.%主要介绍了新疆地区高寒、高蒸发等恶劣气候条件下2座百米级混凝土面板坝防裂、抗裂设计、施工经验。察汗乌苏面板坝面板混凝土掺聚丙烯纤维防裂,由于气候原因使混凝土养护困难造成后期面板裂缝较多。柳树沟面板坝在总结察汗乌苏工程经验教训的基础上,面板采取在不同的分区分别掺入罗赛植物纤维和钢纤维的方法提高抗裂性能。事实证明,在与察汗乌苏基本相同的施工环境及混凝土养护条件下,钢纤维混凝土对特殊拉压部位混凝土初裂强度和断裂韧性提高作用较明显,罗赛纤维混凝土抗裂效果明显提高。
