利用γ射线技术检测炼化分馏塔类设备运行故障

         

摘要

γ - ray scanning and monitoring technology, which can serve as an important on - line troubleshooting and maintenance tool for petrochemical process equipments, was briefly introduced. Troubleshooting examples for industrial distillation columns were given. Inside structure of the column and flow characteristics of the fluid inside the column can be measured rapidly and directly, through which the structural and operating failure of the process equipments can be accurately diagnosed. The industrial applications showed that γ - ray nondestructive monitoring techniques can play a key role in troubleshooting, optimization and predictive maintenance of the petrochemical devices.%对γ射线扫描检测技术原理以及在分馏塔类设备运行故障的检测情况进行了简要介绍.这些应用情况表明,利用γ射线检测技术不仅可以快速、准确诊断分馏塔的结构故障,还可以用于分馏塔的运行状况评价、操作优化、挖潜增效以及实现预测维修等多个方面.因此,该技术在石油化工领域具有广泛的应用前景.
