艾宾浩斯记忆法在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者健康教育中应用

         

摘要

目的:探讨艾宾浩斯记忆法在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病综合健康教育中的应用效果.方法:选取2014年8月~2015年8月我院收治的老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者62例作为对照组,实施常规健康教育;选取2015年9月~2016年9月我院收治的老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者62例作为观察组,根据艾宾浩斯记忆法实施综合健康教育.比较两组患者干预前后肺功能指标、运动能力和自我效能感评分.结果:观察组干预后FEV1、FEV1/FVC、MVV和PEFR高于对照组(P<0.05).干预后运动能力分级优于对照组(P<0.05),自我效能感评分高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:艾宾浩斯记忆法在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病综合健康教育中效果显著,可明显改善患者肺功能,提高运动能力和自我效能感,值得推广.%Objective:To discuss the application effect of Ebbinghaus memory method in comprehensive health education of old patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:Selected 62 cases of old patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to our hospital from August 2014 to August 2015 and they were took as control group to receive routing health education;and selected 62 cases of old patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to our hospital from September 2015 to September 2016 and they were took as observation group to receive comprehensive health education according to Ebbinghaus memory method.The patients from two groups were compared for lung function index, exercise ability and self-efficacy scores before and after the intervention.Results:After the intervention, the patients from observation group had higher FEV1, FEV1/FVC, MVV and PEFR (P<0.05), superior exercise ability grading (P<0.05), and higher self-efficacy scores (P<0.05) than those from control group.Conclusion:Ebbinghaus memory method had a significant effect in comprehensive health education of old patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and it can significantly improve their lung function, and increase their exercise ability and self-efficacy, therefore, this method was worthy of popularization.
