Objective:To discuss the effect of construction and implementation of "people-oriented" overall nursing model on the improvement of nursing quality and patients' satisfaction.Methods:The "people-oriented" overall nursing model was constructed and implemented according to the "people-oriented" overall nursing theory, including reconstruction of "people-oriented" overall nursing work flow, cultivation of "people-oriented" overall nursing ability of nursing personnel, determination of pilot wards, selection of sensitive indicators, and establishment of quality continuous improvement mechanism.Results:The satisfaction and work quality of nursing personnel in the pilot wards of "people-oriented" overall nursing model were higher than those of nursing personnel in the non-pilot wards.Conclusion:The construction and implementation of "people-oriented" nursing model could effectively improve the nursing quality and patients' satisfaction.%目的:探讨"人本位"整体护理模式的构建与实施对提高护理质量和患者满意度的效果.方法:根据"人本位"整体护理理论,构建"人本位"整体护理模式并实施,包括"人本位"整体护理工作流程再造、护理人员"人本位"整体护理能力培养、确定试点病房、遴选敏感指标、建立质量持续改进机制.结果:"人本位"整体护理模式试点病房的护理人员满意度和工作质量均高于非试点病房.结论:"人本位"整体护理模式的构建与实施可有效提高护理质量和患者满意度.
