Objective:To discuss the influential factors and difficulties in publicity and education for the formation of healthy life habits of COPD patients in the rural areas.Methods:Continuously intervened the healthy life habits of 182 discharged patients with stable COPD in a targeted manner, for a duration of 1 year.Counting was made for the change rate of their bad life habits and frequency of acute attack of COPD within 1 year, and analysis was made on the influential factors and difficulties in publicity and education for the formation of health life habit of COPD patients in the rural areas.Results:During the stable period of COPD, the patients hand low change rate of bad life habits and more acute attacks of COPD within 1 year.The single factor and Logistic multi-factor analysis showed that age, smoking and alcohol abuse were the influential factors for the formation of healthy life habits of COPD patients in the rural areas.Conclusion:The healthy life habits of COPD patients in the rural areas were influenced by age, smoking and alcohol abuse, and should be concerned and intervened.%目的:探讨农村COPD患者健康生活习惯养成的影响因素及宣教难点.方法:对182例COPD稳定期患者出院后的健康生活习惯进行有针对性的持续干预,时间为1年.统计其不良生活习惯改变率和1年COPD急性发作次数,分析农村COPD患者健康生活习惯养成的影响因素及宣教难点.结果:COPD稳定期患者不良生活习惯改变较低和1年COPD急性发作次数较多.单因素和Logistic多因素分析结果显示,年龄、吸烟、饮酒等均是农村COPD患者健康生活习惯养成的影响因素.结论:农村COPD患者健康生活习惯养成受年龄、吸烟、饮酒的影响,应予以关注干预.
