Objective:To discuss the influence of Omaha system based nursing pathway on perioperative life quality of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infected pregnant women.Methods:Took 51 HIV infected pregnant women from January to November 2015 as the control group, and took 51 HIV infected pregnant women from January to November 2016 as the observation group.Patients in the control group received perioperative conventional nursing and patients in the observation group received nursing according to the nursing pathway table based on Omaha system, and HIV/AIDS life quality scale and social support rating scale were used to evaluate the nursing effects of patients in both groups.Results:Before discharge, the life quality scores of patients in the observation group in drug use feeling, health concern, physician credibility, economic concern, HIV mastering rate and life satisfaction were higher than those of patients in the control group (P<0.05).Before discharge, the scores of subjective support, objective support, support utilization and total scores of patients in the observation group were higher than those of patients in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Omaha system-based nursing pathway could improve the perioperative life quality of HIV infected pregnant women and improve their social support.%目的:探讨基于奥马哈系统的护理路径对人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染孕产妇围产期生活质量的影响.方法:将2015年1~11月的51例HIV感染孕产妇作为对照组,2016年1~11月的51例HIV感染孕产妇作为观察组.对照组接受围产期常规护理;观察组按照基于奥马哈系统的护理路径表进行护理,应用HIV/AIDS生活质量量表和社会支持评定量表评价两组患者的护理效果.结果:观察组患者出院前在用药感受、健康担忧、医师信任度、经济担忧、HIV掌握率、生活满意度方面的生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05).观察组患者出院前主观支持、客观支持、对支持利用度及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:基于奥马哈系统的护理路径可以改善HIV感染孕产妇围产期生活质量和提高社会支持水平.
