清单制教学在新护士培训中的应用

         

摘要

目的:探讨清单制教学在新护士培训中的应用效果.方法:以本科室2013~2016年新护士40名为对象.对照组(2013~2014年新护士20名)采用传统教学,观察组(2015~2016年新护士20名)采用清单制教学,各进行为期3个月的培训.比较两组培训后理论考核成绩、技术操作考核成绩(吸痰、吸氧、心肺复苏、更换胸腔闭式引流瓶)、自评得分及护理不良事件发生情况.结果:培训后观察组理论考核成绩、技术操作考核成绩中的给氧、心肺复苏和更换胸腔闭式引流瓶、自评得分均高于对照组(P<0.05).两组技术操作考核成绩中的吸痰差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).观察组不良事件发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:清单制教学能使培训计划得到有效落实,使新护士具有安全、有效的承担本科室常规工作量的能力.%Objective:To discuss the application effect of list mode teaching in training of new nurses.Methods:Took 40 new nurses entering our new department from 2013 to 2016 as the objects.Traditional teaching was given to the nurses in the control group (20 new nurses from 2013 to 2014), and list mode teaching was adopted for the nurses in the observation group (20 new nurses from 2015 to 2016) and nurses in both groups received 3 months' training.After training, nurses in the two groups were compared in theoretical assessment scores, technical operation assessment scores (sputum suction, oxygen inhalation, cardio-pulmonary resuscitation, replacement of chest closed-type drainage bottle), self-rating scores and occurring of adverse nursing events.Results:After training, the theoretical assessment scores, oxygen inhalation, cardio-pulmonary resuscitation and replacement of chest closed-type drainage bottle in technical operation assessment and self-rating scores of nurses in the observation group were higher than those of nurses in the control group (P<0.05).In the technical assessment scores of the two groups, the difference of sputum suction was not statistically significant (P>0.05).The incidence rate of adverse events of nurses in the observation group was lower than that of nurses in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The list mode teaching made it possible to effectively implement the training plan, so that the new nurses could have an ability go undertake the conventional workload of the department safely and effectively.
