Objective:To discuss the influence of problem-oriented nursing intervention on gastrointestinal function, life quality, anxiety and depression of patients after receiving radical gastrectomy for stomach cancer.Methods:Selected 90 patients receiving radical gastrectomy for stomach cancer in our hospital from January to December 2016, and they were equally divided into control group and research group, where conventional nursing was employed for the patients in the control group, and problem oriented nursing intervention was given to the patients in the research group, and patients in the two groups were compared in post-operation gastrointestinal function, life quality, anxiety and depression.Results:The length of stay, catheter retaining time, bowel sound, diet recovery time and post-operation anal exhaust for the first time of patients in the research group were superior to those of patients in the control group (P<0.05);the life quality score of patients in the research group 7 d after operation was higher than that of patients in the control group (P<0.05) and the anxiety and depression scores of patients in the research group were lower than those of patients in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The problem-solving oriented nursing intervention could improve the gastrointestinal function of patients after receiving radical gastrectomy for stomach cancer, could improve their life quality, and could reduce negative emotions such as anxiety and depression, and was worth promoting and applying clinically.%目的:探讨以问题为导向的护理干预对胃癌根治术后患者胃肠功能、生活质量及焦虑、抑郁情况的影响.方法:选取我院2016年1~12月行胃癌根治术患者90例,随机等分为对照组和研究组,对照组行常规护理,研究组行以问题为导向的护理干预,比较两组患者术后胃肠功能、生活质量及焦虑、抑郁的情况.结果:研究组住院天数、导管留置时间、肠鸣音时间、恢复饮食时间及术后肛门首次排气时间均优于对照组(P<0.05);术后7 d生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05),焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:以问题为导向的护理干预能够改善行胃癌根治术后患者的胃肠功能,有助于提升其生活质量,且能够减轻焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪,临床上值得推广和应用.
