目的:探讨基于中医辨证的优质护理对癫病患者心理状态和护理满意度的影响.方法:选取2015年7月~2016年7月我院确诊治疗的癫病患者100例,将其随机等分为辨证优质组和常规组,常规组患者给予常规护理干预,辨证优质组患者给予基于中医辨证的优质护理干预,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评估患者的抑郁情绪,采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评估患者的焦虑情绪,采用自制"癫病患者护理满意问卷"评估患者的护理满意度,随访6个月,统计分析所有患者干预前及干预后3,6个月的抑郁、焦虑情绪及干预6个月后护理满意度情况.结果:辨证优质组患者干预后3,6个月的HAMD得分明显低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).辨证优质组患者干预后3,6个月的HAMA得分明显低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).辨证优质组患者护理满意率明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:基于中医辨证的优质护理干预可有效减少癫病患者抑郁、焦虑情绪的产生,有利于改善患者心理状态,提高护理满意度,值得临床作进一步推广.%Objective:To discuss the influence of traditional Chinese medicine differentiation-based high-quality nursing on the psychological state and nursing satisfaction of patients with depressive psychosis.Methods:Selected 100 depressive psychosis patients receiving treatment in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2016, and they were equally divided into differentiation high-quality group and conventional group at random, where conventional nursing intervention was given to the patients in the conventional group, and traditional Chinese medicine differentiation-based high-quality nursing intervention was given to the patients in the differentiation high-quality group, Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) was used to evaluate the patients' depression emotion, Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) was used to evaluate the patients' anxiety emption, and self-made "questionnaire on nursing satisfaction of depressive psychosis patients" was used to evaluate the patients' nursing satisfaction, a follow-up visit of 6 months was paid, and a statistical analysis was made on the patients' depression and anxiety emotions 3 and 6 months before and after intervention and nursing satisfaction 6 months after intervention.Results:After 3 and 6 months' intervention, the HAMD score of patients in the differentiation high-quality group was significantly lower than that of patients in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After 3 and 6 months' intervention, the HAMA score of patients in the differentiation high-quality group was significantly lower than that of patients in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of patients in the differentiation high-quality group was significantly higher than that of patients in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine differentiation-based high-quality nursing intervention could effectively reduce the depression and anxiety emotions of depressive psychosis patients, was beneficial to improve the patients' psychological state, increase the nursing satisfaction, and was worth further promoting clinically.
