Objective: To explore the application of high quality nursing in improvement of the nursing quality of grass -roots hospital.Methods: Selected 16 nurses of internal medicine as objects of study , and they were compared for their nursing quality , work enthusiasm, and sense of self-efficacy before and after the implementation of high quality nursing , and the results were analyzed statistically .Results: After the implementation of high quality nursing , the nurses had a higher nursing quality, higher work enthusiasm, stronger sense of self-efficacy, increased praises and reduced complaints, and the differ-ence was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion: High quality nursing could significantly improve the nursing quality of grass -roots hospital, and improve the work enthusiasm and sense of self-efficiency of nursing personnel, which was helpful to establish harmonious nurse-patient relations.%目的:探讨优质护理在改善基层医院护理质量中的应用.方法:选取16名内科护士作为研究对象,比较优质护理实施前后的护理质量、护士工作积极性、自我效能感,并对结果进行统计学分析.结果:相比优质护理实施前,护理人员的护理质量更好,工作积极性更高,自我效能感更强,表扬次数增加,投诉次数减少,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:优质护理能明显改善基层医院的护理质量,提高护理人员的工作积极性和自我效能感,有利于建立和谐护患关系.
