Objective:To explore the role of quality control circle in improving the psychological consistency of CCU nurses .Methods:To carry out the quality control circle activities with the theme of "Improving the psychological consistency of nurses".According to the activity steps,investigated the status quo of CCU nurses and found that CCU nurses had a lower sense of psychological consistency,and analyzed the reasons.Results:After the implementation of quality control circle activities,CCU nurses’psychological consistency,comprehension,sense of control,sense of meaningfulness were improved,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The quality control circle activities were effective in improving the psychological consistency of the nurses in CCU,and effectively improved the nurses’ psychological endurance and adjustment ability,and aroused their enthusiasm,improved the work efficiency and quality,reduced the occurrence of errors,and improved the circlers’ integrated capacity.%目的：探讨品管圈对提高 CCU护士心理一致感的作用。方法：开展以“提高护士心理一致感”为主题的品管圈活动，按照活动步骤，对现状进行调查，得出CCU护士心理一致感较低，分析其原因，制定并落实相应对策，进行推广。结果：实施品管圈活动后，CCU护士的心理一致感、可理解感、可控感、意义感均提高了，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：品管圈活动在提高CCU护士心理一致感中效果显著，有效提高了护士的心理承受和调节能力，调动了工作的积极性，提高了工作效率和质量，减少了差错的发生，同时也提高了圈员的综合能力。
