医院-家庭过渡期有氧运动计划对老年心肌梗死后患者功能性体适能的影响

         

摘要

目的::探讨医院-家庭过渡期有氧运动计划对老年心肌梗死后患者功能性体适能的影响。方法:采用前后对照的方法,选择2013年8月~2014年8月45例老年心肌梗死患者作为对照组,采用常规出院宣传教育;选择2014年12月~2015年12月48例老年心肌梗死患者作为研究组,该组患者接受12周医院-家庭过渡期有氧运动计划训练。并在入组时、出院12月分别检测患者的功能性体适能指标、身体形态指标和FC。结果:重复测量方差分析结果显示,人体适能测试组别效应之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),上肢肌力、下肢肌力、上肢柔韧性、下肢柔韧性、有氧耐力以及灵活性/平衡性等有组别与时间的交互效应,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组相比对照组而言有明显的改善。干预12周后两组患者身体质量指数、腰臀比、代谢当量、静态心率、收缩压和舒张压等指标与组别、时间的交互作用,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:医院-家庭过渡期有氧运动计划能够明显改善老年心肌梗死患者功能性体适能。%Objective:To explore the effect of hospital-family transitional aerobic exercise program on functional fitness in senile patients with myocardial infarction. Methods: Selected 45 elderly patients with myocardial infarction from August 2013 to August 2014 as the control group and treated them with conventional discharge education. Selected 48 elderly patients with myocardial infarction from December 2014 to December 2015 as observation group and treated them with 12 weeks of hospital-family transitional aerobic exercise program training. The functional fitness index, body shape index and FC when they were selected to the group and at the discharge in December were detected. Results:The repeated measurement analysis of variance showed that there was no significant difference in the effect of the body fitness in the experimental group (P>0. 05). There was significant difference between the study group and the control group in terms of time-dependent interaction such as the upper limb strength, lower limb strength, upper limb flexibility, lower limb flexi-bility, aerobic, endurance, flexibility, balance and so on (P<0. 05). The observation group compared to the control group was significantly improved. The body weight index, waist-to-hip ratio, metabolic equivalent, static heart rate, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups were significantly different after 12 weeks of intervention (P<0. 05). Conclusion:The hospital-family transitional aerobic exercise program can significantly im-prove the functional fitness of elderly patients with myocardial infarction.
