Objective:To analyze the empathic ability level of caitically nurses and its influencing factors. Methods:With homemade general information questionnaire and the Jefferson Scale of Empathy Chinese version for emergency and severe nurses conducted a questionnaire survey,and the results were compared and analyzed. Results:The different ages,titles,qualifications,with or without children, whether only child nurses empathy scores were statistically significant differences (P<0. 05),title,education,whether one child were the main influence factors of severe nurses empathic abilities. Conclusion:Inten-sive nurse empathy at the middle level,the nursing managers should take appropriate measures to improve the level of nurse empathy.%目的：：了解急危重症科护士共情能力水平并分析其影响因素。方法：采用自制的一般资料调查问卷和杰弗逊共情量表中文版对危急重症科护士进行问卷调查，并对结果进行比较和分析。结果：不同年龄、职称、学历、有无子女、是否独生子女护士共情能力得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，职称、学历、是否独生子女等3个因素是影响急危重症科护士共情能力的主要因素。结论：急危重症护士共情能力处于中等水平，护理管理者应采取针对性措施改善护士共情水平。
