Objective:To explore the characteristic of the separation of skin and mucosa after enterostomy and find the corresponding nursing countermeasure.Methods:30 cases with the separation of skin and mucosa after enterostomy were selected from Jan.2009 to Oct.2011 in our hospital.According to the characteristics of the separation of skin and mucosa,homologous nursing measures were carried out.Results:By nursing intervention,26 cases with the superficial separation of skin and mucosa got well after 7-10 days.4 cases with the deep separation of skin and mucosa got well after 15 days.Conclusion:The comprehensive and targeted nursing measures may advance healing of the separation of skin and mucosa after enterostomy,patients' quality of life can be raised.%目的:分析肠造口皮肤黏膜分离的特点,并探讨相应的护理对策.方法:选择2009年1月～2011年10月我院收治的肠造口皮肤黏膜分离的患者30例,结合其皮肤黏膜分离的特点,针对性采取相应的护理措施.结果:30例患者中,表浅皮肤黏膜分离26例,7～10 d愈合,未发生造口回缩及造口狭窄；深层皮肤黏膜分离4例,15 d愈合.结论:采取综合的、针对性的护理措施,可以有效促进肠造口分离的皮肤黏膜愈合,提高患者术后的生活质量.
