目的:针对血液透析病人常见急性并发症的相关因素,采取相应的护理对策,以降低常见并发症的发生.方法:应用护理程序在血液透析前和过程中认真评估并发症发生的相关因素并采取相应护理措施.结果:常见3种并发症,即低血压、心律失常和肌肉痉挛,其缓解率分别为92.7%,80%和92.2%.结论:只要认真采取预防对策,血液透析病人常见的急性并发症就能得到缓解,并能顺利完成透析过程.%Objective:To reduce the occur of common acute complications of hemodialysis patient, we adapt responding nursing measures according to related factors of common acute complications of hemodialysis patient. Methods: To evaluate and analyze related factors of common acute complications of hemodialysis patient carefully before the application of nursing process, and adapt suitable nursing measures regarding the analysis result. Results: Complications of hemodialysis patient, hypotension, arrhythmia and muscle cramps can be relieved with the following probabilities:92.7% ,80% and 92. 2%. Conclusion: As long as carefully selected preventive measures is adapted, most hemodialysis patient with acute complications can be relieved and complete the hemodialysis treatment without problems.
