According to the needs of the oil & gas microthermal gathering and transferring and produced water disposal in Daqing peripheral oilfields, the produced water filter deter-gent QXJ-1 was developed. QXJ-1 was selected by compared with other 9 compound oil removal surfactants and 8 agentias which could inhibit the FeS separate out. The filter deter-gent QXJ-1 has good cleaning regeneration effect on the quartz sand filter material in the pro-duction of pu second combination station.Adding 1% QXJ-1 to the filter back flushing wa-terunder the condition of 40 degrees, to clean the quartz sand filter in Pu Er combination sta-tion. After cleaning the pollution filter material, residual oil content and sulfur content are 0.8% and 0.07% respectively.%针对大庆外围油田油气低温集输和采出水处理的需要,研制了采出水过滤器滤料清洗剂QXJ-1.通过筛选,评价了9个复配表面活性剂配方的除油效果和8种药剂抑制硫化亚铁的析出效果,最终确定了滤料清洗剂配方QXJ-1.滤料清洗剂QXJ-1对葡二联合站采出水过滤器中的石英砂滤料具有良好的清洗再生效果.在过滤器反冲洗水中加入1%浓度的QXJ-1,在40℃温度条件下清洗葡二联合站采出水过滤器中的石英砂滤料,污染滤料清洗后的残余油含量和硫化物含量分别为0.8%和0.07%.
