海外气田增压站噪声控制设计

         

摘要

目前,石油工业设备逐渐呈现大型化,运转高速化趋势.大型生产设备的噪声污染日渐突出,噪声对周围环境影响已不容忽视,这对石油工业噪声排放提出更高的要求.海外某气田增压站噪声控制设计采用Cadna/A软件模拟和实测相结合的方式,通过对压缩机厂房和空冷器进行噪声优化设计,并实施降噪措施后,噪声保护目标,厂界、厂房及空冷器隔声房外1m处噪声均满足指标要求.%Following with the high-speed economic development, there has been huge petroleum demand in China, rendering large-scale and high speed running of petroleum process equipment trend. The problem of noise pollution is increasingly prominent, the en-vironment which is impacted by the noise of large petrochemical equipment can not be ig-nored, these situations put forward higher requirements of petroleum industry noise emission values. Booster station of gas field project adopts Cadna/A software simulation combined with the actual measurement for noise level both at boundary of the station and inside the station. Through optimization noise control design of the compressor room and air cooler, noise re-duction shall be completed by measures to solve the problem of excessive noise and meet the noise emission standards both at boundary of the station and inside the station.
