目的 探讨Nanog、Sox2、TFF3在肠型胃癌中的表达及其与肠型胃癌预后的关系.方法 回顾性分析60例肠型胃癌患者的临床资料,应用免疫组化法检测Nanog、Sox2、TFF3在肠型胃癌患者中的表达情况,分析其表达情况与患者临床病理特征及预后的关系.结果60例肠型胃癌患者中,Nanog高表达者38例(63.3%)、TFF3高表达者33例(55.0%),Sox2低表达者35例(58.3%).单因素分析结果显示,Nanog、TFF3、Sox2的表达情况与肠型胃癌患者的肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移情况及TNM分期有关(P﹤0.05),与肠型胃癌患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤部位无关(P﹥0.05).多因素分析结果显示,Nanog、Sox2、TFF3的表达情况与肠型胃癌患者的无病生存期和总生存期有关,同时具有Nanog高表达、TFF3高表达、Sox2低表达的肠型胃癌患者预后最差.结论Nanog、Sox2、TFF3可成为评价肠型胃癌患者预后的生物标志物,联合检测更利于判断肠型胃癌患者的预后.%Objective To evaluate the expression of Nanog, Sox2 and TFF3 in patients with intestinal-type gastric cancer(ITGC),and to explore their relationship with the prognosis.Method The clinical data of 60 patients with ITGC were analyzed retrospectively. Association between the expression of Nanog, Sox2 and TFF3 and the prognosis of pa-tients was examined.Result In the 60 cases of patients,there were 38(63.3%)and 33(55.0%)cases with high expres-sion rates of Nanog and TFF3,and 35(58.3%)were with low expression rate of Sox2,respectively.Univariate analysis re-vealed that high expression of Nanog and TFF3, low expression of Sox2 were associated with tumor invasion depth, lymph node metastasis and TNM stage(P<0.05),while not related to age,gender and tumor location(P>0.05).Multivari-ate analysis showed that,the expression of Nanog,Sox2 and TFF3 were related with the diseases-free survival and overall survival in ITGC patients,furthermore,the presence of high expression of Nanog and TFF3 as well as low expression of Sox2 were predictors of poor prognosis for ITGC patients.Conclusion The expression of Nanog,Sox2,TFF3 are useful marker for predicting the prognosis of ITGC,for which the combined detection may be beneficial in determining the prog-nosis for these patients.
