便携式激光指示器综合检测与校准仪设计

         

摘要

为了提高激光指示器的检测效率,设计一种一体化的综合检测与校准装置.该装置采取大口径折反式平行光管和半反半透平面镜进行光路设计,利用光路分光技术、CCD成像技术和激光定量测试技术同时检测激光的能量、束散角和光轴平行性,并运用数字图像重建技术辅助进行光轴平行性的在线校准.结果表明:该装置提高了光轴平行性检测的精度和安全性,能够安全、快速、准确地对激光指示器进行检测和校准,符合装备器材综合集成和一体化的要求.%The integrated detector and calibrator was designed to improve detection efficiency of laser designator. The device applied large diameter folded back type parallel light tube and semi inverse semi permeable mirror to design optical path, and utilized optical path splitting technology, CCD imaging technology and laser quantitative measurement technique to detect the laser energy, beam divergence angle and optical axis parallel at the same time, and used digital image reconstruction technology to assistant on-line calibration for optical axis parallel. The results show that the device improved the accuracy and security of optical axis parallelism detection, and it could detect and calibrate the laser designator safely, quickly and accurately. The device conform to the requirement for integrated equipment.
