小型光电伺服转台的设计及误差分析

         

摘要

为实现目标的捕捉及精确跟踪,设计了一种小型光电伺服转台.根据系统指标对转台进行结构设计,通过试验数据对转台的方位和俯仰轴系误差进行分析.测试结果表明,结构设计完全满足系统指标要求.该转台结构布局合理,具有一定的创新性和实用性,可为同类产品设计提供借鉴.%A small-sized photoelectricity servo-turntable is designed to achieve the acquisition and precise tracking of object. The structural design of servo-turntable is carried out according to the system specification and the shafting error of azimuth and pitching is analyzed according to the test data. The test result shows that the structural design can meet the requirement of system specification completely. The structure of turntable is reasonable, innovative and practical and can be referred by the same kind of product.
