介绍了减压深拔技术在中国石油化工股份有限公司北京燕山分公司8 Mt/a常减压蒸馏装置的应用情况,对比分析了实施减压深拔技术前后对炼油系统相关装置的原料性质、操作条件、产品质量、产品收率的影响。应用结果表明,常减压蒸馏装置实施减压深拔技术后,减压渣油收率明显降低,由21.25下降至17.05%,减压渣油500℃馏出率由8.0%降至2.4%,残炭由18.5%提高至23.0%,渣油切割点温度达到570℃,每年增加经济效益6000万元左右。%The application of vacuum deep cut technology in Beijing China Petroleum Chemical Co Yanshan branch 8 Mt/a atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit, comparing and analyzing the effects before and after the implementation of deep vacuum distillation technology of raw material properties and related device for oil refining system operation conditions, product quality, product yield. The application results show that the atmospheric and vacuum distillation device for carrying out deep vacuum distillation technology, vacuum residue were obviously reduced, decreased from 29.74 to 17.05%, vacuum residue 500℃ distillate rate from 8% to 2.4%, the carbon residue increased from 18.5%to 23%, residue cutting point the temperature reached 570 degrees, increase the economic benefit of 60000000 yuan every year.
