高温煤焦油结构组成对浆态床加氢裂化性能的影响

         

摘要

A typical high temperature coal tar was selected as raw material for slurry-bed hydrogenation cracking test. Mean molecular structure of more than 360 ℃ heavy oil of the coal tar and hydrogenation heavy oil were analyzed by element analysis,SEM and 1H NMR. The carrying coke effect of the powdered catalyst was studied. The result shows that,aromatic degree of the high temperature coal tar is high,the quantity and relative molecular mass of the four components distribute continuously,and all these are good for asphalt dispersion stably. The coking tendency is small because the asphaltene is light. After hydrocracking,more than 360 ℃ heavy oil yield was reduced by 20.1 percentage,and the structure composition was lighter obviously, which was a good recycle oil. Because of large surface,catalyst worked as coke center to absorb the most of the coke. There was no wall phase coke formed.%选取一种典型的高温煤焦油A,采用元素分析、1H NMR、SEM等手段对高温煤焦油A及其加氢产物中高于360 ℃的馏分进行表征,研究了催化剂的载焦行为,并与一种石油渣油进行对比分析.实验结果表明,高温煤焦油A芳香度高且各组分在数量和相对分子质量上分布连续,有利于沥青质的稳定分散,沥青质含量虽高但较轻质化,生焦倾向小;经加氢裂化后,体系中高于360 ℃重油收率下降20.1百分点,明显轻质化,是很好的回炼油;催化剂作为载焦中心吸附了生成的焦炭,体系中无壁相焦生成,液相焦产率仅为2.1%.
