赵东平台C/D区块水平井钻井完井配套技术

         

摘要

赵东合作区应用固定平台钻井,受平台面积限制,为提高油藏利用率和油田整体开采效果,多采用大位移井和水平井.水平井以开发单一油层为目的,对井眼轨迹控制精度要求高,而且水平井的水平段套管下入困难,钻井难度远大于陆地常规水平井钻井.为此,赵东合作区采用批量钻井技术,提高钻井速度;利用旋转地质导向技术避免滑动钻进的风险,提高机械钻速;利用弯螺杆实现一次趟钻完成造斜段、增斜段和稳斜段的钻进;利用LWD/MWD随钻测井技术和Azitrack油藏地质导向系统控制井眼轨迹,提高油藏钻遇率和入靶精度;采用漂浮下套管技术解决长水平段摩阻大、下套管难等问题;采用优质钻井液和低密度高强度水泥浆来提高固井质量,保护油层;利用裸眼砾石充填精细防砂工艺进行先期防砂,充分发挥油井产能,并长期保持稳产.赵东合作区对以上技术进行集成,形成了适合赵东合作区的水平井钻井完井配套技术,并对赵东合作区的开发起到了推动作用.%The fixed platforms were used in drilling Zhaodong cooperation zone,due to the restriction of limited platform area, many horizontal wells and extended-reach wells were drilled in order cooperation zone to improve recovery. Since horizontal well is aimed at a single pay zone,the requirement of well trajectory accuracy is high,and the horizontal section casing running is difficult. The drilling challenges in horizontal wells are much higher than conventional drilling. Therefore,batch-drilling technology was used in Zhaodong to improve rate of penetration. The rotary steerable drilling technique was used to avoid the risk of sliding drilling. The bent housing motors was used for kick-off,build-up and maintain angle section with one trip. LWD/MWD and Azitrack was employed to control well trajectory. The reservoir encounter rate and target shooting accuracy were improved. Casing floating technology was used to lower frictional force for horizontal section casing running. High quality drilling fluids and low density & high strength cement slurry improved the cement quality and protected reservoir. The gravel packing sand control technology was used in open hole section for sand control, and well productivity was fully used and a stable long-term production was maintained. The above technologies were integrated in Zhaodong cooperation zone,a suite of horizontal well drilling and completion technologies was developed which promoted the development in this zone.
