This article firstly deduces the num ber value of the ε0 and μ0 in Gauss units form that in SI units . Then ,translate the eletroagnetism analytical formula from SI nuits into Gauss units by using it ,and explains the vacuumpolarization ,and points out that the vacuum magnetization ,too exists .%首先由ε0和μ0在国际单位制中的数值得出其在高斯单位中的数值，然后利用之，把电磁学公式由 SI制化到 Gauss 制，并利用它解释了存在真空极化的合理性，及“真空磁化”的存在。
