工业大麻新品种庆大麻1号的选育

         

摘要

Qingdama NO.1 was bred by pedigree method.The crossing was done in 2005,its female parent is Qingyuan108,a native variety from Liaoning province,and its male parent,Днепновская одн.6,an exotic cultivar from Ukraine,is monoecious,high-fiber and hypotoxic.BC5 was achieved from continuous backcross with Днепновская одн.6 from 2006 to 2010.The results of variety test and regional test from 2011 to 2012 showed that the plant grew uniformly and the variety had characteristics such as early-maturing,strong-resistance and high-yield.The regional test from 2013 to 2014 displayed that straw yield (9531.1 kg/hm2),fiber yield(1763.7 kg/hm2),fiber rate(24.0%),were 10.1%,15.6%,1.8% more than Wuchang 40 respectively in Heilongjiang.The results of production test in Heilongjiang province indicated that straw yield (10639.0 kg/hm2),fiber yield (1987.3 kg/hm2),fiber rate(24.1%),were 10.7%,19.2%,2.1% more than Wuchang 40 individually in 2015.%庆大麻1号是2005年以辽宁省农家品种清源大麻系选品种清源108为母本,以乌克兰引进的雌雄同株、高纤、低毒品种Днепновская одн.6为父本杂交,2006年以后连续与Днепновская одн.6回交5代获得的BC5代经过系谱选择选育而成.2011 ~2012年品系比较和异地鉴定试验,植株生长整齐一致,熟期早、抗性强、产量高.2013 ~2014年全省区域试验,平均原茎产量9531.1 kg/hm2,比对照五常40增产10.1%;纤维产量1763.7 kg/hm2,比对照五常40增产15.6%;出麻率为24.0%,比对照高1.8个百分点.2015年全省生产试验,原茎产量10639 kg/hm2,比对照五常40增产10.7%,纤维产量1987.3 kg/hm2,比对照五常40增产19.2%;出麻率为24.1%,比对照高出2.1个百分点.
