2008-2009年对甘肃省657份小麦条锈菌标样生理小种进行了监测,共监测出27个生理小种及致病类型.主要以Hybrid46及水源11致病类群为主.优势小种为条中33号、条中32号.条中33号居第1位,出现频率为21.5%-37.6%.条中32号已由2008年的第2位降到2009年的第3位,出现频率为15.1%-16.0%,基本保持稳定.次要小种水源11-4,5,7类型出现频率略有下降.新类型条中33(F.抗)出现频率为11.6%-18.9%,水源11-4(F.抗)、水源11-7(尤ⅡS)出现频率不断上升.Yr9,Yr3b+4b,YrSu为我省的主要致病基因.抗锈育种应以条中33号、条中32号、水源11-4为主,兼顾Hybrid46和水源11致病类群中其他致病类型.%Six hundred and fifty-seven wheat stripe rust samples, collected from Gansu during 2008 - 2009, were monitored, among which 27 physiologic races and pathotypes were detected, dominated by Hybrid46 and Shuiyuan 11 pathotypes. CY33 and CY32 were the dominant races. CY33 was still the first dominant race, with a frequency of 21.5%-37.6%. Declining from the second dominant race in 2008 to the third in 2009, CY 32 was stable, with a frequency of 15.1% -16.0%, replaced by CY33 (anti-F) with a frequency of 11.6% -18.9%. The frequencies of shui 11-4, shui 11-7 and shui 11-5 as minor races decreased slightly, while that of shui 11-4 (anti-F) and shui 11-7 (II S) increased. Yr9, Yr3b+4b and YrSu were the main virulence genes of stripe rust in Gansu. Rust resistance breeding should mainly consider CY33, CY32, shui 11 - 4 and other pathotypes like Hybrid46 and shui 11.
