新一代架构空间电源双向DC/DC变换器研究

         

摘要

Due to the intensity change of the output voltage on the solar array bus,Boost based bidirectional DC/DC converter is presented for the sake of providing continual and steady output voltage to the load in the entire orbit cycle. Simplicity, high stability and high efficiency are the advantages of this topology, meanwhile, minimum phase system could be achieved by inserting damping network.Conductance control is adopted to achieve better output response, moreover, voltage feedforward ensure the bandwidth of the conductance control invariable.Finally, the bidirectional experimental results under 1.5 kW are presented to verify the performance of the proposed converter and the efficiency of the converter is tested.%由于空间中太阳电池阵输出母线电压变化幅度较大,为保证电源在整个轨道周期内向负载提供持续稳定的电压,提出一种基于Boost拓扑结构的双向DC/DC变换器.该变换器拓扑简单,可靠性高,在大幅减小系统体积与成本的同时提高了系统的效率,并通过引入衰减网络优化Boost变换器为最小相位系统.变换器采用电导控制,并引入电压前馈控制以维持电导控制带宽的恒定.最后通过实验验证了变换器在1.5 kW功率下能量双向流动的工作特性,测试了变换器的效率.
