Along with the fiercer competition between enterprises,the efficient personnel scheduling and effective supervision is the key to winning enterprise development.With the continuous development of information and communication technology,a field personnel management system based on mobile applications can be developed and designed by using intelligent terminal equipment in order to effectively manage the field personnel business,and improve the scheduling and management level of field personnel.Considering the status quo of field personnel management,this research designed and developed a set of power mobile field management system based on SOA by adopting the database designed by QLserver2012 management system,and coding with Android technology,which achieved the overall structure and function of the system.%随着企业之间的竞争关系愈演愈烈,如何对企业人员进行高效调度和有效监管是企业发展致胜的关键.随着信息和通信技术的不断发展,利用智能终端设备开发设计一款基于移动为此外勤人员业务管理系统可有效地完成对外勤人员业务的管理,以提高对外勤人员的调度和管理水平.为此针对外勤人员管理现状,设计开发了一套基于SOA下电力移动外勤人员管理系统,采用SQLserver2012数据库管理系统设计的数据库,用Android技术进行编码,实现了系统的整体结构和功能.
