电网约束条件下的酒泉风电送出研究

         

摘要

结合甘肃电网实际研究了风电场接入对系统的影响,分析了网架结构特点和关键断面,采用综合计算程序及最新风机模型通过仿真计算得出了各断面的稳定水平,提出了安全自动装置配置方案,计算及运行验证了风电并入薄弱电网后合理配置全自动装置可以显著提高风电送出能力,同时讨论了风电并网的有关问题,并提出了有益的建议和措施.%This paper studied the integration of wind power into the grid with focus on the impact on the Cansu power grid operation and analyzed the features and transmission sections of Jiajiu grid. By using power system analysis software package and its latest wind turbine models the transient stability was calculated and the SPS (Sperial Protection Scheme) was configured. The results show that the SPS is effective to improve the wind power delivery ability. The discussion and suggestions on wind power integration with grids are also included. and good suggestion and measures are proposed.
