目的：探讨小剂量紫杉醇联合顺铂周疗方案在Ⅰb2-Ⅱb期宫颈癌新辅助化疗中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析100例Ⅰb2-Ⅱb期宫颈癌患者的临床病例资料，按照随机的方法将患者分为观察组与对照组，每组50例。观察组给予小剂量紫杉醇联合顺铂周疗方案；对照组给予传统紫杉醇联合顺铂方案。对比分析2组患者的临床疗效。结果患者术前平均等待时间观察组为（27．9±6．5）天，对照组为（58．3±13．2）天；术后放化疗观察组20例（40．0％），对照组18例（36．0％）；并发症发生率观察组为24．0％，对照组为56．0％。在术前平均等待时间、术后放化疗例数及并发症发生率方面，2组差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论小剂量紫杉醇联合顺铂周疗方案在Ⅰb2-Ⅱb期宫颈癌新辅助化疗中具有重要的应用价值，疗效肯定，副作用小，值得在临床推广应用。%Objective To investigate the application value of weekly therapy of small dose of paclitaxel and cisplatin in neoadjuvant chemotherapy for stage Ⅰb2-Ⅱb cervical cancer .Methods Clinical data of 100 cases of stage Ⅰb2-Ⅱb cervical cancer patients was retrospectively analyzed ,and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group ,with 50 patients in each group .The observation group were treated with low dose paclitaxel and cisplatin weekly therapy program ,and the control group received conventional paclitaxel and cisplatin .Clinical efficacy of the 2 groups was comparatively analyzed .Re-sults The preoperative average waiting time of the observation group and the control group were (27.9 ±6.5) days and(58.3 ±13.2) days;postoperative chemotherapy of the observation group and the control group were 20 cases (40.0%) and 18 cases (36.0%);the complication rates of the observation group and the control group were 24.0%and 56.0%.The preoperative aver-age waiting time , the number of postoperative chemotherapy and complications of the 2 groups had statistical difference ( P <0.05).Conclusion Weekly therapy of low-dose paclitaxel and cisplatin in neoadjuvant chemotherapy for stage Ⅰb2-Ⅱb cervi-cal cancer has important application value ,it is effective with less adverse reaction ,and it is worthy of clinical application .
