圆柱形爆炸容器冲击载荷及其动力响应的数值模拟

         

摘要

Using ANSYS/ LS - DYNA, the generation and propagation of explosion shock wave, and dynamic responses of an explosion vessel with a single - layer cylindrical shell were all numerically simulated. The results showed that; the strain of explosion center torus showed non - strictly periodic fluctuation characteristics, there was no strain growth phenomenon; and except explosion center torus there was also appeared strain growth phenomenon. Explosion vessel suffered maximum load in the head point which is the most prone to damage, and the intersection of shell and burst point cross section is also easy to damage.%采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件对单层圆柱形爆炸容器内部中心点爆炸后冲击波的产生、传播和壳体动态响应进行了数值模拟.结果表明:爆心环面应变呈现出非严格一致的周期性消涨特征,应变在第一个1/4周期内就得到了最大值,而离开爆心环面简体上其他点也出现了应变增长现象;爆炸容器封头顶点所受的载荷最大,是最易发生破坏的地方,侧壁与爆点所在横截面的交线也易破坏.
