测试PCB板材的Tg以及ΔTg的方法主要有DSC(差示扫描量热法)、TMA(静态热机械分析仪)及DMA(动态热机械分析仪),IPC-TM-650中对DSC、TMA及DMA的测试方法均有介绍,但是相关的IPC标准中并没有对TMA及DMA测试结果的评价机制,目前只有对于DSC评估标准有明确的要求。DSC、TMA及DMA各自根据不同的原理测量玻璃化转变温度,因此其测试结果也具有一些差别。文章通过实验对比统计的方法测试得到TMA及DMA与DSC之间测试Tg及ΔTg存在的差异,分析了其中存在差异的原因。为同行业使用DSC、TMA及DMA三种热分析设备测试Tg及ΔTg的评估提供一些参考。%The glass transition temperature is a very important parameter PCB material, the degree of curing the sheet pressing the two tests can be the difference between the glass transition temperature to be measured. Test current commonly used glass transition temperature apparatus has a differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermal mechanical analyzer static (TMA) and dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA), and the instrument is based on three different principles measurement of glass transition temperature. This paper compares statistical method to test and get the TMA and DMA Tg DSC tests andΔTg between existing differences, analyzes reasons for the differences which exist. For the same industry using DSC, TMA and DMA Tg three kinds of thermal analysis equipment testing and evaluationΔTg provide some reference.
