目的:观察右美托咪定复合舒芬太尼在整形外科手术患者清醒镇静中的应用效果.方法:选择2014年8月-2016年6月接受整形外科手术的患者48例,随机分为观察组和对照组各24例.分别接受右美托咪定复合舒芬太尼清醒镇静和舒芬太尼单用清醒镇静,比较两组患者手术前和手术过程中的血压、心率和呼吸频率变化,并观察两组患者麻醉镇静并发症发生情况.结果:两组患者手术之前呼吸、心率、血压等理化指标比较,差异无统计学意义,手术开始后30 min,观察组患者呼吸、心率以及血压水平均高于对照组;观察组患者出现低氧血症0例,术中哭泣1例,心率异常1例,主诉恶心、口干0例;对照组患者低氧血症4例,哭泣1例,心率异常1例,主诉恶心、口干2例.观察组麻醉镇静并发症例数少于对照组,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:整形外科手术患者右美托咪定复合舒芬太尼清醒镇静效果理想.%Objective:To observe the effect of dexmedetomidine combined with sufentanil on conscious sedation in orthopedic surgery.Methods:Forty-eight patients underwent plastic surgery from August 2014 to June 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group (n=24).The levels of blood pressure,heart rate and respiratory rate were compared between the two groups before and after operation,and the two groups of patients were treated with sedation and sedation.The changes of blood pressure,heart rate and respiratory rate were compared between the two groups before and after operation,and the occurrence of sedation and complication was observed.Results:There were no significant differences in physical and chemical indexes such as respiratory rate,heart rate and blood pressure before and after operation.There was no significant difference between the two groups before operation and 30 min after the operation began.The patients in the observation group had higher respiratory rate,heart rate and blood pressure level than the control group.In the observation group,hypoxemia 1 case,1 case of heart rate,1 case of heart rate,complained of nausea,dry mouth in 2 cases,observation The number of sedation complications was less than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of dexmedetomidine combined with sufentanil in conscious surgery is ideal.
