对引入哈尔滨市的9个不同基因型树莓进行了包括蛋白质、总糖、总酸、维生素、氨基酸以及矿物元素几大方面30个检测项的国标检测,结果显示:黑树莓各检测项目的实测值普遍居首,表现突出,营养价值极高;其他树莓品种营养成分特征各不相同,可依据不同目的有针对性地加以开发利用。%Protein ,total sugar ,total acid ,vitamin ,amino acid and mineral elements of nine cultivars of Rubus cor‐chorifolius which were introduced from Harbin Region were conducted GB detection .Result shows that the actual value of Rubus occidentalis in each test items are generally topped;it performed outstanding and have high nutrition‐al value;other varieties of Rubus corchorifolius have different nutrients ,which can be exploited in a targeted manner depending on different purposes .
