借助Bicomb软件及SPSS软件对近十年国内情绪调节的研究热点进行分析,结果表明情绪调节研究热点可以从两个维度和五个热点分类展开,两个维度：情绪调节策略及理论研究、情绪调节过程及效果研究;五个热点分类：情绪调节过程的研究、情绪智力理论、情绪调节的影响因素的相关研究、儿童情绪发展和情绪调节过程中生理反应的测量方法、情绪调节对情绪的影响研究。%With Bicomb software and SPSS software we analyze hotspots of domestic research about emotional regulation in recent ten years,and the results show that the research focus of emotion regulation can be classified two latitude and five hot Category,the two latitude：emotion regulation strategies and theoretical study,emotion regulation Process and Effects study;the five hot Category：Process of emotion regulation,emotional intelligence theory,the impact factors of emotion regulation research,children＇s emotional development and the physiological measurement of emotion regulation,the emotional impact of research on emotional regulation.
