音乐治疗对青少年羞怯的干预效果和机制研究

         

摘要

In order to explore the effectiveness and advantages of music therapy on shy adolescents and its mechanism, 30 students with shy behaviors and high social anxiety were recruited from one Beijing middle school and were randomly assigned to three groups, which are music therapy group, cognitive-behavioral group and control group. The two ex-perimental groups accepted group intervention adopting music therapy and cognitive-behavioral approaches for eight weeks respectively. The results indicated that (1) the instant and delayed effects of music therapy and cognitive-be-havioral interventions on shy adolescents were both significant;(2) the delayed effect of music therapy intervention was significantly better than that of cognitive-behavioral intervention; (3) for music therapy group, the change a-mount of shy adolescents’ self-acceptance level can significantly predict that of shyness level in a negative direction. In conclusions, music therapy can significantly reduce adolescents’ shyness and had a better long-term effect compa-ring with cognitive-behavioral approach. Self-acceptance was the mediating variable between the relationship of music therapy intervention and alleviation of adolescents’ shyness.%为探究音乐治疗对羞怯青少年的干预效果及机制,并与传统的认知行为疗法进行对比分析,本研究选取北京市某中学具有一定羞怯行为的30名中学生,并随机分成音乐治疗干预组、认知行为干预组和控制组,两个实验组分别接受认知行为和音乐治疗的团体干预,控制组不进行任何干预。结果表明:(1)音乐治疗和认知行为的团体干预都可以显著降低青少年的羞怯水平,且即时效果和延时效果(干预结束3月后)均显著;(2)音乐治疗团体干预的延时效果优于认知行为团体干预;(3)音乐治疗组青少年的自我接纳水平变化能够显著负向预测其羞怯水平的变化。结果说明,音乐治疗团体干预可有效缓解青少年的羞怯水平,且比认知行为团体干预的保持效果更好;音乐治疗可通过提升青少年的自我接纳水平进而降低其羞怯水平。
