既有人防隧道改造为地铁区间的施工力学行为研究

         

摘要

Combined with the practical project of transforming the existing air defence tunnel into metro tunnel in Harbin Rail Transit Line 1 , the numerical simulation analysis of different construction conditions with unilateral expanding excavation method was carried out, and the internal forces and deformations in every construction stage were gained. Further, by comparing the simulation results with the monitoring results, the force status and the deformation laws during construction were gained, which was respectively under the conditions of existing air defence tunnel, initial linings, and the secondary linings. The results showed that the unilateral expanding excavation method and its corresponding support parameters used in this project is reasonable and reliable. It is considered that the numerical simulation analysis of construction procedure could not only provide technological basis for the supporting system design, but also could guide the on-site construction practice of transforming the existing air defence tunnel into metro tunnel, and the study results could also provide reference to the design, construction and research of similar project.%结合哈尔滨轨道交通1号线改造利用既有人防隧道作为地铁区间实际工程,通过对采用单侧扩挖法改造地铁区间施工工况进行数值模拟分析,获得各施工阶段的内力及变形情况,通过与监控量测结果的对比、分析得出了人防隧道改造利用施工过程中,既有人防隧道、初期支护和二次衬砌工作状态、变形规律.结果表明,采用单侧扩挖的施工方法及相应的支护参数是合理的、可靠的.施工过程中既有隧道的改造利用数值模拟分析,不仅为人防隧道改造利用的支护体系设计提供依据,而且还可以指导现场施工,所得的数据和结论可为同类隧道的设计、施工和研究提供有益的借鉴和参考.
