超大倒T形盖梁采用墩梁式支撑体系施工技术

         

摘要

In combination with A15 highway project in Shanghai, the support system used for the construction of 477 m3 super-large prestressed concrete cap beam was cited as an example. Focusing on the support system of the cap beam, from the bored-pile foundation to the pier-beam type of the support system, the design and construction of the support system were carried out, in order to control the settlement of the support system within the allowable range. Meanwhile, from some aspects, including concrete pouring order, concrete mixing proportion and retarding water reducer, concrete pouring speed control and so on, various effective measures were adopted to ensure the stability and safety of the support system. As a result, the remarkable economic and social benefits were obtained with a good appearance of the cap beam after form removal.%结合上海A15公路工程,针对达477 m3预应力钢筋混凝土超大盖梁施工支架体系进行设计,从支架基础钻孔桩至盖梁墩梁式支架支撑体系,着重从支撑体系进行设计和施工,使支撑体系沉降量控制在沉降允许范围.施工中从混凝土浇筑顺序、混凝土配合比中掺加缓凝减水剂、混凝土浇筑速度控制等几方面采取了各种有效的措施,施工支架体系稳定、安全可靠,拆模后盖梁混凝土外观效果良好,取得了显著的经济和社会效益.
