钢轨摩阻力对无缝线路锁定轨温影响的研究

         

摘要

在铺设无缝线路施工中,长钢轨在轨下支承物(支架滚筒、钢筋棍、道床或胶垫)上纵向移动时将产生摩阻力.为了掌握各种工况下产生的摩阻力对锁定轨温的影响,准确掌握无缝线路锁定轨温值,进行了钢轨在不同界面上的摩阻力测试.阐述采用拉力法和推力法对钢轨摩阻力的测试方法.测试结果表明,钢筋棍摩阻力为滚筒摩阻力的25%~ 33%.通过理论分析,施工中采用钢筋棍支垫钢轨进行应力放散对锁定轨温影响较小,该方法简便可靠,对正确掌握锁定轨温,合理进行无缝线路铺设、养护与维修,确保铁路运输安全具有一定借鉴意义.%During construction of paving the continuously welded rail ( CWR ) , the longitudinal movement of long rail upon rail support (like support roller, steel bar, track bed or rubber pad) may often create frictional resistance. In order to master the influence of frictional resistance on stress-free temperature under different situations, and to know accurately the stress-free temperature of the CWR, the frictional resistances on different interfaces were tested, and the two test methods which were named respectively as the pulling force method and pushing force method were elaborated in this paper. The test results showed that the frictional resistance caused by the steel bar was 25% -33% of that caused by the roller. Then through theoretical analysis, it was concluded that the influence of steel bar on stress-free temperature was smaller during construction. This ways are convenient and reliable, and can serve as the references in order to master the stress-free temperature accurately, to pave and maintain and repair the CWR reasonably, so as to ensure the safety of railway transportation.
