基于TG-FTIR棉秆热解过程木醋液成分分析

         

摘要

Cotton stalk pyrolysis and wood vinegar formation mechanism was studied by TGA-FTIR using Xinjiang 35 cotton stalk . The results show that Cotton stalk pyrolysis process can be divided into four stages from 25~600 ℃, respectively for water loss, preheating, main pyrolysis and charring stage. Among them main pyrolysis phase reaction is complex, and weight loss rate,is highest, which is the main stage of the generation of wood vinegar component. Maximum absorption rate of infrared spectrum appears at the main pyrolysis stage. It shows complex overlap in FTIR. When the hydroxyl of the hydrogen bond easily forming intermolecular and intramolecular falls off, not only does carboxyl come off but also glucosidic bond and the link the C—O groups and the C—C key break.The ingredients of wooden vinegar mainly arise from the stage.%以新疆中棉35棉秆为原料,采用热红联用手段,对棉秆热解及木醋生成机理进行了研究.结果表明,棉秆在25~600℃的热解过程可分为4个阶段:失水、预热、主热解及炭化.其中,主热解阶段发生复杂的反应,失重率最大,此阶段对应吸光率最大处的红外图谱出现复杂的叠加带,分子间及分子内易形成氢键的羟基脱落,同时发生脱羧基、糖苷键断裂、环内C-O基团断裂、C-C键断裂,该阶段是木醋成分生成的主要阶段.
