分析了目前高校培养电子信息类人才存在的问题;基于跟进式教育理念,构建了针对电子信息类专业创新人才主体,以教学实践、工程实践、创新实践和企业实践为四翼,协同互补的实践育人培养体系;建立了“基本技能、综合应用能力、实践技能和创新应用能力”阶梯递进的“跟进式”人才培养机制,以期为电子信息类及其他工程类学科的人才培养探索一条新路.%This paper analyzes the problems in training electronic information talents.On the base of " follow-up education" concept,we construct a cooperative and complementary practical training system,which takes innovative talents of electronics and information specialty as the subject,and teaching practice,engineering practice,innovation practice and enterprise practice as four wings.It forms a progressive "follow-up" talent training mechanism from basic skills to comprehensive ability,practical skills and innovative application capability.This system provides a theoretical and practical reference for the talent cultivation of electronic information specialty and other engineering disciplines.
