质子转移反应质谱仪在植物挥发物性有机物检测中的应用

         

摘要

质子转移反应质谱仪(PTR-MS)是新兴的在线式挥发性有机化合物检测技术,与传统技术相比,具有响应时间短、操作简单、无需标定等优点.为了更清晰地综述PTR-MS在植物挥发性有机化合物检测和监测中的应用现状,将研究案例归纳为个体和生态系统两个层面,从采样方法选择、采样点的筛选、仪器本身参数设置和仪器配件选择等方面介绍了PTR-MS在不同尺度研究中的使用.个体尺度研究多以控制试验为主,PTR-MS检测主要由PTR-MS仪、采样室、碳氢化合物捕集器、抽气泵、流量计等组成.生态系统尺度的研究在森林中开展较多,需要依托一定高度的定位观测塔提供不用高度的采样点,还可以关联涡度相关技术获得气象要素来计算植物挥发性有机化合物的垂直通量.最后对PTR-MS在植物挥发性有机化合物检测中的发展做了展望.%Proton Transfer Reaction Mass Spectrometer (PTR-MS) is a new VOCs online technology,which has the advantage of rapid response,simple operation and no calibration over traditional chromatographic technique,and has been used more and more in plant VOCs detection.In order to review application of PTR-MS in plant volatile organic compounds detection and monitoring,the research cases are summarized into two aspects:individual and ecosystem,sampling methodology,sampling point selection,parameter setting and accessories selection were introduced by different study scale.Individual scale mainly study how to control the trial,the PTR-MS detection is mainly composed of PTR-MS instrument,chamber,hydrocarbon trap,pump and flow meter.Ecosystem scale research carried out in the forest ecosystem scale is more,need to rely on a certain height positioning observation tower provides sampling points,can also be associated eddy covariance technique for meteorological elements to calculate the vertical flux of the plant volatile organic compounds.Finally,the use of PTR-MS in plant volatile organic compounds detection in future was discussed.
