舰船舱筏和上层建筑隔振系统实验研究

         

摘要

The simulation analysis and experimental study of the vibration isolation system in the ship cabin and superstructure are carried out.The nature characteristics and the vibration transfer rate of vibration isolation system are studied.The results show that the first natural frequency error of the cabin raft and superstructure vibration isolation system between the experimental and simulation results are 1.2% and 2.2%,respectively.The experimental vibration level difference of cabin raft isolation system is 2-5 dB lower than the simulation result,and the vibration level difference of the whole superstructure system is 3-5 dB higher than simulation results.But,the simulation results and experimental results are basically identical.%针对舰船舱筏和上层建筑隔振系统进行了仿真分析和实验研究,分别研究了实验模型的固有特性和隔振系统振动传递率特性.结果表明:舱筏隔振系统和上层建筑整体隔振系统的一阶固有频率实验和仿真结果误差分别为1.2%和2.2%;舱筏隔振系统的振级落差实验测试结果比仿真结果低2~5 dB,上层建筑整体隔振系统的振级落差实验测试结果比仿真结果高3~5 dB,但仿真结果和实验结果的趋势都基本一致.
