汽车通过噪声教学试验方法改革的探索

         

摘要

汽车车外通过噪声试验是我国关于汽车噪声的法规试验,是控制汽车噪声的重要依据.因此,也是车辆工程专业本科生的一项重要教学试验内容.该教学试验以往是在室外进行,因受到环境及天气等条件限制,其教学试验效果并不理想.随着整车半消声室、底盘测功机等设备以及数据采集技术的日趋成熟,将室外的汽车通过噪声试验搬入室内进行已成为可能,这也为该教学试验方法的改革提供了条件.阐述了室内汽车通过噪声的试验原理、软硬件功能以及在教学试验中的应用,旨在激发学生对试验的兴趣和积极性,从而提高试验教学的质量.%Vehicle pass-by noise test is a test related to vehicle regulation of noise in China and is an important reference for the control of vehicle noise.It is therefore an important experimental course for students majoring in automotive engineering.Conventional vehicle pass-by noise test is conducted outdoors,and depends on the weather and environment conditions,which may lower the teaching effects.With the rapid development of anechoic room,chassis dynamometer and data acquisition technologies,it is possible to have vehicle pass-by noise test conducted indoors,the indoor test has advantage over conventional one and also provides facilities for the reform of experimental teaching methodology.This paper mainly describes the principle,features and advantages of in-room vehicle pass-by noise experiment,which helps to stimulate students' motivation and furthermore improve the experimental teaching efficiency.
