Some problems in the construction of the sharing platform of large-scale instruments was discussed and some countermeasures were proposed, mainly concerning hardware system construction, management system construction, laboratory standardization, communication promotion between lab technicians, and remuneration improvement of lab technicians. These discussions provided theoretical support for the promotion of the utilization of large-scale instruments and the improvement of services the lab can provide for teaching and research.%探讨了高校大型仪器共享平台建设中存在的一些问题,并针对主要问题提出了相应的对策.主要从加强公共分析测试平台的硬件建设、制度建设、标准化建设；加强实验室相关人员的沟通和改善实验室人员的待遇等几个角度进行了分析.将为高校进一步提高大型仪器的使用率和增强其为学校教学和科研服务的水平,为今后行业和区域高校大型分析仪器共享平台的建设提供理论支持.
