Instruments and equipment in higher education institutions are the material foundation and precondition for talent cultivation and scientific research. The value of large-scale equipment takes up a great proportion of the total equipment, and their utilization efficiency is a major indicator of the value of equipment resources. In order to keep up-to-date records of the utilization of large-scale equipment, encourage technicians and find problems, Tsinghua University has developed a utilization efficiency evaluation management system for the utilization of large-scale equipment, realizing comprehensive quantitative evaluation of large-scale equipment. This evaluation system has mobilized the enthusiasm of technicians, promoted the utilization of instruments and equipment, and provided valuable data reference for major equipment construction and the development plan of the university.%高校仪器设备资源是人才培养和科学研究的物质基础和条件保障,其中大型仪器设备的价值比重较高,其使用状况的好坏是高校仪器设备资源价值的主要体现.为了全面掌握学校大型仪器设备的使用状况,并鼓励先进、发现问题,清华大学制定了大型仪器设备使用效益评价管理办法及配套措施,构建了大型仪器设备使用效益评价体系,设计评价内容、评价标准、评价指标和权重,实现了大型仪器设备使用效益的综合量化评价.通过强化评价调动了工作人员的积极性,提高了仪器设备的使用效益,也为学校的发展规划、大型仪器科研条件平台建设等工作提供有价值的参考数据.
