目的 制备复方金桔含片并对含片质量进行评价.方法 采用正交实验优化提取工艺,采用单因素考察法对含片辅料进行筛选,优化片剂处方.结果 最佳药材提取工艺为:料液比为1∶10、提取时间45 min、提取2次;最优片剂处方为:主药用量为40％,稀释剂为甘露醇,润湿剂为75％乙醇,润滑剂为0.5％硬脂酸镁,矫味剂为1.0％柠檬酸.制备的金桔含片外观光洁,硬度适宜,口感甚佳.结论 优化的提取工艺和片剂制备工艺合理,符合《中国药典》项下规定.%Objective To prepare the compound kumquat buccal tablets and evaluate the quality.Methods Using the orthogonal experiment to optimize the extraction process and using single factor method to determine the best preparation.Results The optimum extraction process was 10 folds of water extract 45 min 2 times.The best prescription was as follows:main drug powder amount was 40％,the diluent was mannitol,the binder was 75％ ethanol,the lubricant was 0.5％ magnesium stearate and the flavoring was 1％ acesulfame.The prepared tablets had smooth appearance,suitable hardness,good taste and melting time.Conclusion The extraction process and preparation of tablets obtained was reasonable,and the buccal tablets were consistent with the quality requirement of pharmacopoeia.
