目的 分析槐米中芦丁、槲皮素在大鼠各组织中的分布特征及靶向性规律.方法 采用灌胃给药方式,应用高效液相色谱法分析不同时间点芦丁、槲皮素在大鼠各组织中的分布,计算生物利用度和靶向效率.结果 芦丁和槲皮素在大鼠肝中分布广泛,在五脏中靶向效率排序为:肝＞脾＞肺＞肾＞心.结论 芦丁和槲皮素的靶向效率差异结果与槐米归肝经一致,且可体现肝与脾、肺、肾的重要关系.%Objective To research the rutin and quercetin's tissue distribution and targeting in rat.Methods The High Performance Liquid Chromatography is used to analyze the distribution of rutin and quercetin an different time points in different tissues of rats,and calculated the bioavailability and targeting efficiency by filling the stomach.Results The rutin and quercetin are widely distributed in the liver of rats,the targeting efficiency order in the five internal organs is:liver ＞ spleen ＞ lung ＞ kidney ＞ heart.Conclusion Rutin and quercetin's targeting efficiency results are consistent with that Sophorae Flos belong to liver meridian,and can reflect the important relationship between the liver and spleen,lung,kidney.
