刍议国家教育“985工程”和“211工程”之存废

         

摘要

根据“985工程”和“211工程”建设的宗旨和总体目标,两大工程的建立具有历史和现实的意义。但作为历史的产物,如今这两大工程本身存在种种突出问题,改革的趋势已经是势在必行。本文辩证地分析两大工程存在的问题,提出了解决问题的四点意见和建议,希望能为国家教育事业顶层设计提供有用的参考。%It is very historical and realistic significance that"985 Project" and "211 Project" have been built by according to the construction purpose and overall goal. But as a product of history, these projects have a lot of significant issues and the trend of the reform is imperative. In the paper, these issues are dialectically analyzed and the four suggestions are proposed to solve them. We sincerely hope that these suggestions are helpful for top-level design of national education career.
